The Corporate Recruiter will focus on IT, Finance and Marketing based recruiting. The Corporate Recruiter will conduct full life cycle recruiting from the executive level to entry level (VP, Director, Manager, Professional). The Corporate Recruiter will be expected to maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates utilizing creative sourcing strategies, networking, and eRecruiting methods while meeting pre-determined SLA's for various positions in Technology and other functions as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities at all levels including vice president, director, manager and professional levels.
• Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing. Cold calling and internet based sourcing. The majority of this will focus on technology based searches
• Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements. Adhere to assigned performance metrics
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Cultivate external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders
• Responsible for leading select talent acquisition process improvement projects.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics.
• Responsible for taking on new initiatives as they develop. (e.g. international recruiting, college/university recruiting)
Skills:
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree
• Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions in IT, finance, marketing and/or strategy.
• Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at the executive level to entry level (VP, Director, Manager, Professional)
• Five to seven years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
• Two plus years of experience working as an IT or finance professional is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with various applicant tracking systems such as Vurv, Taleo, and PeopleSoft
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource policy/procedures and employment laws.
