Assist in development and lead the execution of Asurion’s eCare web channel growth strategy and associated web adoption goals.Design and implement scalable business processes to support the growth strategy.Lead and influence cross-functional efforts between eCare, IT, Client Services, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver web channel expansion goals.In this role you would develop plans to support Asurion’s eCare channel growth strategy and goal attainment, work with business partners to establish eCare channel growth goals and gain key stakeholder buy-in and support as well as develop a logical plan to bring additional clients into the online space and own the execution of the plan.Establish robust a scalable business processes that will provide the eCare team with the ability to reliable add new clients and programs with a focus on Speed to Market, Flexibility and User Control, manage multiple eCare channel expansion projects and their associated deliverables and timelines through implementation and develop and implement a marketing plan to drive web adoption goal attainment.In this role it would be required to establish key performance indicators and success criteria and measure performance to growth goals and report performance regularly.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other business related degree with a focus in eCommerce preferred
MBA is preferred
Requires 6 to 10 years experience in eCommerce
Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents, financial reports and/or technical documents is required
Effectively respond to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.
This position requires at least 5 years in Web strategy background.It requires Cross-channel (web, IVR, CSR applications) experience and A/B Testing as well
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and interpret complex numbers, financial data, and reports
Ability to apply such concepts to create reports and financial records and present them effectively.
This position prefers a certification in Project Management
